DRIVE LOCAL COMMERCE - A Field Day in BK

Quick Recap: Adults deserve a field day too! Attends where given an opportunity to experience some of the best of what Brooklyn has to offer. First portion had the participants throwing down in a series of challenges at McCarren Park. Which led to them exploring Williamsburg with a unique scavenger hunt. And culminated with everyone socializing at a local bar, Pete’s Candy Shop with live music.
Ticket price included lunch, a beer and shot combo, as well as a full day of fun and games around Williamsburg.
Client Objective: Fuse sports and art to create a unique ticketed event for local Brooklynites to enjoy and explore their own neighborhood, while building recognition amongst local commerce to drive new foot traffic and awareness.
Results: Custom experience sold 30 tickets (75% sold via word-of-mouth and 25% from digital). Partners included Vita Coco providing drinks, lunch by Sal’s Pizza and the after party at Pete’s Candy Shop.
A bespoke experience was provided complete with fun artistic elements of yarn graffiti, branded corn hole sets and live music. The games facilitated social engagement both in-person and online to extend the story.
